adecco is immediately hiring for material handlers in salem,va. hourly pay is $18.00 with weekly pay!  we are currently seeking for candidates to work shifts ( sunday-friday 12pm-8pm) plus ot as needed.

requirements:

 lifting 26-50lbs all day long

 order picker

 inventory control

ability to wear required safety attire, which may include wearing a hairnet, safety glasses, and/or a bump cap for the duration of your workday.

job duties:

hand stacking cases of product into trailers.

assembling cardboard displays and boxes

load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage

load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer

general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)

lift objects that weigh anywhere between 15 pounds and 50 pounds (i.e. anything from a bowling ball to a twin-size mattress) with or without a reasonable accommodation

be able to lift 40- 45 pounds over your head without a reasonable accommodation
