kindred is searching for a dynamic individual who can show us what good hospitality looks like.

we are looking for a waiter or waitress who loves to take care of people, learn about incredible food and drink, and has an ambition to work with an exciting, growing company who cares about its people.

kindred is a friendly west london members’ club and public café serving beautiful, seasonal food and drink designed by celebrated experts in the hospitality field. be a part of an exciting relaunch taking place from the beginning of april. at kindred, you won't just be on the restaurant floor. expect to be involved with the execution of high profile corporate events, live music gigs, and members-only workshops.

role:

working within the hospitality team, you will be required to greet members, and guests to the club or the cellar, following the steps of service and ensuring our guests have the best possible experience visiting us.
you will be expected to build your knowledge of our products, both across our food menus, our drinks menus and wine list, and will be given training to help you.
you will be required to work both in the cellar (public café), the club, and during events like live music, comedy nights and performances, as well as private dinners and weddings.
you will be able to access multiple opportunities to train and develop and will be able to gain additional experience in other parts of the business.
successful candidates will need to have flexibility regarding their work commitments.

ideally we’d like someone who has some previous hospitality experience, but if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to teach you!

compensation:

£11.05/hour (london living wage) plus service charge, negotiable depending on experience.
free hot staff meal per day when working.
50% off food and drinks on the menu at kindred for staff and up to 3 guests.
