looking for a part time pa/administrator for a growing construction company based in east london. a hybrid working position working remotely and out of a home-based office in canning town.
ideal candidate would have experience within the construction industry or administrative experience. the days to work are flexible and negotiable.
duties:
act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence handle requests and queries appropriately manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments produce reports, presentations, and briefs assist the director in ad hoc duties confirm material compliance evaluate drawings and specifications from architects putting together drawing packs for new projects and issuing material pos checking and allocating purchase invoices to correct jobs

ability to work in a fast-paced environment ability to operate a variety of simple and complex tools excellent customer service skills
