a bit about the personal assistant role:

you will be providing confidential administrative support to three members of the hr leadership team (director of people & culture, director of hr and head of hr people services/business support). you will be involved in all aspects of the department, stretching out over three functions resulting in a varied and interesting role.

you’ll play a key part in the coordination of internal and external meetings:

organising meeting collateral including agendas, minutes, and presentations. attending meetings and take confidential minutes, coordinating actions making sure they are followed up and closed acting as a regular point of contact for internal and external queries coordinating relevant administrative requirements such as drafting documents, managing invoices, and filing documents for signature organising events/travel arrangements and processing expenses. supporting various projects that the leadership team are working on, finding ways to add value in an efficient and positive way

a bit about you:

you’ll enjoy liaising with a range of people at all levels and be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. you will work collaboratively with other pas in the business when needed and working closely with the people & sustainability director’s pa. you will be juggling multiple tasks and deadlines at once so strong organisational and time management skills are essential you will have the ability to use microsoft office programmes. due to the nature of the role, you will have demonstrable experience in handling sensitive and confidential information, and adherence to company and legal requirements. you will be a flexible person with accurate administration experience in a similar, fast-paced role, where you have constantly driven high standards through attention to detail, within an ever-changing environment.

the role will be based in our people services department located in our chepstow depot, although the role may involve some homeworking along with additional travel when required.
