responsibilities for this assembler position include, but are not limited to:
assembly components in accordance to work order, verbal, and written instructions, prints sketches, charts, tables, and other information relative to the work at hand.
use precision measuring instruments to ensure the proper fit of components.
use of power hand tools is demonstrated during all work
performs inspection and testing of equipment prior to shipment to the customer.
provide detailed feedback for correction of errors or discrepancies in documentation
detect and report the faulty or improper operation of equipment and/or questionable or unusual conditions.
complete documentation in real-time of equipment in all steps of the process
to be considered for this assembler position, you should:
must have a high school diploma or equivalent
able to work from detailed assembly drawings and verbal and/or written instructions
2 years of trade training, or 1-year experience with multiple parts
ability to perform shop math including decimals and fractions
ability to lift to 45 pounds including standing, sitting, and walking
must be able to work overtime
work schedule, m-f 6 am to 2:30 pm, with some weekends
must have basic tools of the trade
