adecco is hiring immediately for business operation managers with a local client in santa clara, ca. business operation managers perform essential duties with pay starting at $63.00/hour, plus the potential for overtime.
key responsibilities:
member of team that delivers cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed product line and financial goals
coordinate product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment for product line
manage and drive division cogs reduction plans to deliver gm targets
participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions
analyzes and interprets data and business intelligence reports
recognizes and interprets trends and outliers providing thoughts and inputs as necessary
prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation
prepare reports to monitor operational impact
requirements:
college degree or equivalent
2 – 5 years’ work experience
experience in manufacturing
project management skills desired
supply chain experience desired
business acumen desired
data analyst skills desired
sap skills desired
excellent communication skills
