adecco is working with one of our best customers to find a highly skilled and professional industrial customer sales specialist for their team in nashville, tn. this is a full time, permanent, 100% in office position.
essential duties and responsibilities:
process customer quotes, orders, and provide technical support for distributor and agency products.
communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal employees regarding, but not limited to, pricing, order status, tracking information, order revisions, and technical support.
accurately process purchase orders to various vendors to satisfy customer order requirements promptly.
be comfortable working with various computer, email, and phone applications, and a willingness to learn our erp system – infor sxe, and our crm – tour de force.
exhibit solid pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical aptitude.
demonstrate technical competence by understanding fluid properties and product application within industrial process facilities.
education & experience:
previous inside sales or technical support experience in an industrial distribution environment.
bachelor’s degree or technical certificate in a chemical, electrical, or mechanical-related field preferred, but not required.
