builtain ltd a well established property maintenance and building company is currently recruiting multi skilled tradesman ( multi trader/ decorator/painter/ tiler/roofer/electrician/ plumber/gas safe engineer) to work in the london area.

the role:

the work involved includes reactive and planned property maintenance. some work will be site work and other work will involve moving from job to job throughout the day/week predominantly on a reactive basis throughout central london.

the person:

the ideal candidates will come from a maintenance background and will have a good all-round ability.

you will need to have all road "multi trade" skills and be able to carry out the following types of work:

tiling
paint and decorating
carpentry
basic plumbing
plumber/ gas safe registered
roofing
general handyman skills
multi skilled

applicants must:

enjoy quite varied work
be able to think on their feet and problem solve
be a team player with good communication skills
be happy to work alone
have good organisational skills
have good time management
fluent in english
hard working
minimum of 2 years’ experience in trade
you must possess good all-round multi-trading skills
own tools required
good customer service skills
full uk driving license preferably with own van

hours: monday to friday, 8am - 5pm; overtime available on weekends and after hours

suitable candidates must have qualifications and or experience in various trades such as tiling, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, roofing and general repairs/maintenance issues.
