job details:

type: fulltime (40 hours / week)

length: 6 months; possible extension/conversion

pay: $29.29 hourly

shift/hours: mon-fri 8-5

this is an onsite position in pittsburgh, pa  

responsibilities include:

carry out general administrative marketing activities

perform general marketing assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on what has to be delivered

identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data

finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insights in marketing and experience for deviating situations

draft limited improvement projects within a marketing unit

introduces new supporting process activities

create actionable analysis, insight and reporting as well as some operations management

create, with audience engagement managers, the development of kip’s for global campaign deployment within digital channels to determine trends, successes and gaps

support regular performance reviews with the global business marketing teams

prepare performance reports for the daily management board and work within lean continuous improvement to optimize and improve performance

 

requirements:

bachelor of marketing or related degree

2-5 years’ experience within the field of communications or marketing analytics

excellent written and oral communication skills as well as attention to detail

strong interpersonal skills

ability to work with little supervision and make decisions independently

adept at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously

advanced proficiency in ms office applications, particularly excel and powerpoint

experience with google analytics, qlik, and lean management
