responsibilities:

load/unload glass into machines as well as on and off racking units

requires safe handling of large pieces of glass

perform visual quality checks with a strong attention to detail

fully understand manufacturing processes and procedures

 

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent required

ability to work 40 hours and occasional overtime

lift up to 50lbs independently or buddy lifting (if more than 50), mechanical lifting equipment available for use at employee’s discretion

ability to stand for entire shift

work well independently and in a team environment

follow verbal and written instructions

mechanically inclined with experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus

this is not on a bus line, therefore reliable transportation is required
