as the customer support administrator, you will:

you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries either by telephone or e-mail ensuring the highest standard of customer service is consistently delivered supporting the wider team to achieve completion of projects as per the completion date and customer needs investigate & understand customer job-related queries and discussing with the appropriate department to achieve a resolution provide support throughout the whole customer experience support with logistical operations: arranging delivery and collection liaising with internal operational departments to ensure smooth project management prioritising and organising your workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to updating and amending documents as necessary undertaking any ad hoc administrative tasks from all areas of the business updating customer database skills

giving good customer service at the forefront of your mind at all times basic it skills as a minimum quick to learn multi tasking and being able to prioritise calm empathetic global cts limited
