Line leads - united states, stratham
our client is a well-known global leader in confectionery. due to growth, seeking line leads to join the production teams. primary duties include:
- train, mentor and supervise personnel on respective production line
- identify and report production deficiencies and stoppages
- ensure work spaces are safe in accordance with osha and sop's
- assist with maintenance staff and production staff as necessary
position reports to respective production leads.
ideal candidates for line lead positions in nh will possess the following
- high school diploma. associates degree (minimum) preferred.
- 2+ years experience managing/supervising production personnel
- understanding for lean manufacturing principles and gmp.
