the prosure360 bdm will work across the compliance and software division, promoting our innovative supply chain management tool, prosure360. in addition, associated prosure360 products such as contractor site audits.

this is an exciting role and represents the first dedicated sales position for the prosure360 product.

reporting directly to our commercial director, we are looking to continue the development of a strong sales team.

the focus of activity will initially be to existing customers in the property sector, where wmc has strong traction and demonstratable success. however, the potential market is wide and may in time involve other sectors.

key activities

contacting potential clients in the property sector to establish needs and arrange meetings.working alongside the marketing department to ensure initiatives are aligned with sales requirements.working closely with telemarketing professionals and feeding back findings.researching property organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.increasing the value of current customers whilst also attracting new ones.developing quotes and proposals.ensuring successful mobilisation of new business.

essential criteria

proven consultative sales experience.at least 5 years’ sales experience.experience of complex business to business operational processes.ability to work on own initiative is essential.

experience of working in a consultancy, supply chain management or technology related environment.knowledge and experience of the property sector
