what will your key responsibilities be?
- participating in the team scoping of new projects and objectives, and involving all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
- manage a range of new product development projects with clear priorities to ensure that progress is always the key driver.
- build our knowledge base so that we can better provide technical advice on existing and future products to colleagues, customers, specifiers, and regulatory bodies.
- use your expertise to produce cad drawings, and run thermal calculation and modelling in support of existing and new products, and to advise on and support for new product testing, plus producing technical documentation in support of any new proposed and launched product.
what are we looking for in you?
- proven working experience in project management. any relevant certification or qualification to support this is a useful plus.
- strong working knowledge of autocad and microsoft office is essential please.
- knowledge and/or experience in technical aspects of material science, building products and processes within construction is a definite advantage.
finally, in addition to these requirements, we need an innovative thinker who is well organised, a great communicator internally and externally, and is responsive to deadlines.
