we are currently looking for a chef de partie to join the kitchen brigade for a multiple award winning restaurant in stockbridge. the successful chef de partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail.

the place

our client is a stunning a 2 aa rosette restaurant in stockbridge. they offer an a la carte menu and a prix fixe menu. the kitchen team understand that an emphasis on local & fresh produce will create fantastic quality, interesting dishes.

the perks

the chef de partie will receive:

a competitive salary package of up to £28,000plus £500-£700 a month in troncset days off each weekchristmas and boxing day offfree parkingdiscounted or free food

the person

the chef de partie will have:

experience as a chef de partie in a similar style venue is preferred, working in all sectionsconfidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasksbe a great communicator with a dynamic approacha warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectationsthe ability to commute
