hours available are full time, monday – friday, from 8 am – 5 pm.
pay is starting between $28 - $31.50 per hour.
primary responsibilities:
• responsible for tracking, scheduling, coordination, documentation, and requirements of ecommerce integrated account project assignments. leads a cross functional team of both internal and external resources to complete integration projects with defined scope and timeline.
• facilitates customer ecommerce punchout implementation projects
• maintains complete ownership of project implementation from start to finish and keeping lines of communication open between the various business units involved
• coordinates set up and maintenance of accounts
• acts as a sme to assist the field sales team in implementation of catalogs set-up process and guides them through the steps to ensure solution is delivered expediently
• coordinates demonstration of market site functionality and training with the company training and business analysis team for company sales force and external customers.
• works with the document integrations team to develop agreed upon timelines and scope
• helps the business team respond to customer rfps by providing answers and expertise related to our ecommerce capabilities.
• company-wide administration of third-party procurement market sites
• assist edi and ecommerce support teams as needed
• accurately document set up configurations for each punchout to assist with troubleshooting
job requirements and qualifications:
• ability to work both onsite or remote as needed; maintaining a professional environment at all times
• at least 1 year of direct work experience in ecommerce project management capacity.
• associates degree required; bachelors preferred
• interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• demonstrated ability to keep remote teams on task and adhere to agreed upon timelines.
• problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze workflow/processes.
• adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
• strong written and verbal communication skills.
• strong computer skills (ms office: word/excel/project)
