an exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced full time office administrator to join a well established lettings agency in hyde park leeds.
the successful candidate will provide administrative support to a busy student and professional based lettings office; ensuring that service levels are met.
essential experience
previous experience from within the property management/lettings area advantageous but not essentialprovide support on the front deskhandling enquiries, arranging viewings and booking appointmentsmanaging the diarysupervising/chasing the collection of rent by direct debit / bacsproduce up to date debt lists and manage all arrearsregistering utility accounts for propertieshandling any complaints, queries or problems relating to tenanciesanswering both phone and face to face enquiries in an efficient and effective mannersupervising tenancy end dates / change oversexcellent communication and written skillsstrong organizational skills and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently
