our client is looking for a private chef to oversee the kitchens of a vvip palace in uae.
there are three kitchens which cater for western, arabic and staff food - with a total of 10 staff to manage. the kitchens are located within the palace grounds, a few metres away from the main villa.
this is an amazing opportunity for an organised private chef to oversee the overall management of the kitchens, and cooking for the nine family members – seven adults and two children and staff.
lunch is around 2.00pm and dinner at 7.30pm. normally, a small buffet with salads, rice, and some mains. all other food is plated – you will be required to provide daily menus and the family will then discuss their requirements with you, a few hours before meal time.
it is a must that you possess the following:
candidates should be at ease in a family environment, and have a solid background in private households
incredibly organised and efficient
must be legally able to work in uae to apply for this role

working hours: tbc
working days: 6 days a week
holiday allowance: 30 days
accommodation: live-out, one bedroom accommodation - bills included
benefits: a car will be provided, with petrol included; also private medical insurance
salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience. nb: there is no income tax in uae
