tbt marketing is recruiting a well-organised process manager to join our existing key accounts team to help us deliver lead generation campaigns for one of our major stakeholders.

we are looking for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to establish rapport, who can manage our key stakeholder and their quarterly lead generation programs, with support where necessary from the senior account manager and client strategy director.

as a process manager, you will have exceptional administration skills and previous experience of working with microsoft office is essential.

the process manager will work closely with our third-party supplier to manage the flow of sales appointments into our stakeholder's sales team.

the process manager will also be expected to work to an agreed process to ensure the appointments are delivered to the correct contacts in a timely manner. in addition, they will be required to handle all associated admin tasks, field any sales team queries/feedback regarding the appointments, and deliver the required reporting across all live lead generation campaigns.

you will be responsible for briefing and managing a variety of suppliers and internal stakeholders within the client's organisation, maintaining the excellent working relationships already in place.

the process manager will also need to engage and guide new business partners through the process where leads are being delivered outside the client's internal sales team.

strong verbal and written communication skills are key, as is the ability to manage multiple lead generation campaigns at varying stages within the workstream. full training will be provided.

we are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal skills in english.

previous experience in an it or marketing environment is not essential but knowledge/experience of marketing activities would be advantageous.

this is a full-time, permanent position.
