responsibilities for this human resources assistant job includes, but are not limited to:

maintain relationships with partnering agencies and monitor and report hours worked for employees.

responsible for clerical function in the administration of the 401(k) program as assistant to the hr manager/plan administrator.

 responsible for coordinating scheduling with production manager for plant shutdowns and scheduling building security for

responsible for administration and tracking of safety programs.

develop processes for tracking and monitoring programs and trainings. this includes providing orientation paperwork to new hires and tracking training programs/compliance.

collecting and organizing company data and updating weekly reports.

qualifications:

 ged/high school diploma

an associates degree or a minimum of 2 years human resources or administrative experience is preferred.

ability to use computer software, copiers, and fax machines.

pay for this position is $16.00 per hour. monday-friday, 8am – 5pm.
