Adecco medical & science is looking for a case aide in el paso, texas for a local client. the case aide is directly assigned to the case management department and is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day tasks to ensure that case management services are provided to youth in a timely manner. look at the description and qualifications below. apply now if interested.
case aide primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
support case manager in delivery and coordination of skills-building programming, homework and tutorial assistance, and recreational activities for youth
always provide direct supervision for youth
promote and encourage positive interaction among youth participants
complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
notify case worker or designee immediately in the event of a youth crisis, suspected illegal activity or any other youth or program incident.
participate in youths daily program activities to include but not limited to group counseling and recreation.
review case files to become familiar with youth history.
provide youth advocacy in the areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family work.
ability to manage problematic behaviors and set limits.
able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
required qualifications:
high school diploma/ged, some college preferred
must be bilingual-spanish speaking
must pass a background check and drug screening.
