adecco is recruiting an hr specialist for a great new long-term temporary assignment in downtown topeka!
this opportunity will provide administrative support to the hr division in the day to day activities of the office. general direction from the office supervisor and other hr staff, will provide you with what you will be doing and prioritizing the workload.
the hr specialist will establish plans, develop methods and schedules for completion of the work within established guidelines and agency policies and procedures. familiarity with state and federal guidlines extremely helpful.
requires at least 1 year of general office and administrative support work in a traditional office setting.
previous experience managing confidential information in personnel and other related files.
strong computer and clerical skills a must.
