Health & social care support worker (service area) - united kingdom, prescot, merseyside
are you a health care assistant with a passion for delivering outstanding care that brings the 6 cs (care, compassion, commitment, courage, communication and competence) to life? if so, we want to hear from you. the successful candidate must have demonstrable experience, a wide range of clinical skills and will be confident to work without direct supervision.
we have a full-time position for a caring and compassionate individual who have a positive attitude towards providing care for patients in the community. this position will be based with a district nursing team within knowsley.
you must be able to travel throughout the knowsley borough to the homes of patients, from a central base. the service hours of operation are 8am to 8pm, 365 days a year including bank holidays.
