fawkes & reece have partnered with a groundworks civil engineering contractor to assist in their search for a working supervisor in hertfordshire.
this is a company that is specialising in groundworks projects. schemes include hospitals, schools, public realms, roads, and commercial projects. they are very well established but still growing due to project wins.
they are searching for a working supervisor in the herts/ essex area to take charge of their new groundworks schemes.
the main scope of work includes drainage, foundations, pile caps, and groundworks.
this is a long-term almost permanent opportunity. the company is looking to invest in someone for the next few years. all projects of theirs tend to be within a 40-mile radius of stansted so someone from this area will have work for a number of years.
you will be running/ supervising the site, usually consisting of 10-15 men, and you will also preferably be hands-on & happy to help eg. jumping on the machine, or give a hand to the lads on site.
tickets required: smsts/ sssts, cscs card, & then cpcs, first aid, and any other tickets are beneficial.
this is an immediate need, joining the company direct on either a day rate or a very competitive package.
