Equipment operator - united states, memphis

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an equipment operator position.

 

location: onsite: 100% onsite, mendenhall rd. memphis tn

pay: $17.00/hr.

length: one (1) year

shift: 11:00pm - 8:00am

 

this position focuses on inkjet, inserting, and water sealing machines, machine set-up and operation, as well as load and unload material from the machines

 

responsibilities:

efficiently set up machinery and perform all mailing operations

adjust machines during run

move skids

pack boxes and mail trays

checking floor, work area and equipment continuously for hazards

maintain quantity counts

clean and maintain mailing area and machines

 

qualifications:

high school diploma or equivalent

ability to stand and walk for long periods, and ability to lift to 25lbs

computer knowledge is required

ability to balance transactions

ability to work independently and multi-task
