adecco is assisting a hr & financial company in their search for an enthusiastic and team oriented individual to join their accounting team as an accounting lead with payroll tax experience.  if you feel you meet the qualifications below please apply today.

responsibilities for the accounting lead include, but are not limited to the following:

directs the account payable and receivables functions

oversee agency notices, client requests and new client set-up

process payroll taxes with follow up

set up general ledger and maintain in payroll system

over see task management for accounting staff

track and resolve client tax issues

applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for the accounting lead:

aa degree or higher in accounting or finance

3-5 years working experience in accounting and payroll tax 

advanced knowledge of excel and quickbooks

experience with payroll taxes (ca,, state and federal: other states a plus)

excellent communication & customer service skills

flexibility to work remote without distractions, if offered
