we are looking for a pricing and data administration assistant to join our friendly, professional team.

this role reports to the senior business analyst and the main purposes of the role are to manage pricing, coding, and produce reports including statistical information and data maintenance.

for this pricing and data administration assistant role, we require someone with a friendly personality and positive work ethic, with the ability to be persistent when communicating across the business and negotiating with customers, remaining pleasant and determined at all times.

main responsibilities of the pricing and data administration assistant include:

processing reports and statistical information for both internal management and customerscreating profit studies and liaising directly with both internal management and customerscreating pricing structures to include any product and account rebatesinterpreting the different terminology used by customers for products to identify requirements and translating/mapping to company product codes to enable the completion of costings and tendersmanaging edi; creation and transmission of electronic invoices and creditsmaintaining the companies erp systems nucleus and si with fundamental static datacreating and processing scheduled and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external customersupkeep and management of various procurement customer web sites and third-party ordering platformscreating skus for new products and upkeep of the internal code librarymanaging & maintaining customers rebates and discountswe would welcome applications for this pricing and data administration assistant role, from candidates with the following skills and attributes: business analyst, data pricing, customer service, reporting, analytical, ms office, intermediate excel, profit studies, crystal reports, erp, data analysis, data maintenance, edi, negotiation, margin management, it literate, communication.
