supporting the general manager of the business in the day to day management of the venuefull operational support in the back office with a good understanding and working knowledge of p&l operationsproactive and engaging management of a large teamlead from the front, offering exceptional customer service and being a solid brand ambassadorhold responsibility for and oversee all due-diligence including health & safety, fire safety, food safety, coshh and haccpwhat we would love from you:
