    job description:

    our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

  • analyze target markets and builds relationships with passive candidates through direct sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of potential high-quality talent.
  • source quality talent via innovative methods (i.e., cold calling, networking, internal database, job boards, referrals, internet searches, organizations, etc.)
  • conduct research to identify websites, publications, companies, and organizations to target to attract top talent.
  • build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
  • evaluate candidate profiles/resumes.
  • prescreen candidates via telephone.
  • generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines for multiple recruiters.
  • document and maintain records of sourcing methods utilized to track effectiveness of the source.
  • follow-up on all sourcing leads provided by recruiting staff and track effectiveness of sources.
  •  

     

    education/certification requirements:

    ba/bs or equivalent experience in hr-technical & corporate recruitment.

     

    experience requirements:

  • this role will be responsible for sourcing candidates for tech roles. these include but are not limited to software engineers, software development, ux design and ux development, product management.
  • utilization of ats and hr software.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in technical recruitment.
  •  

    note: this role is not remote and requires you to be on-site or work hybrid; thus, open to candidates near/in/around houston, tx.
