job description:
our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
analyze target markets and builds relationships with passive candidates through direct sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of potential high-quality talent.
source quality talent via innovative methods (i.e., cold calling, networking, internal database, job boards, referrals, internet searches, organizations, etc.)
conduct research to identify websites, publications, companies, and organizations to target to attract top talent.
build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
evaluate candidate profiles/resumes.
prescreen candidates via telephone.
generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines for multiple recruiters.
document and maintain records of sourcing methods utilized to track effectiveness of the source.
follow-up on all sourcing leads provided by recruiting staff and track effectiveness of sources.
education/certification requirements:
ba/bs or equivalent experience in hr-technical & corporate recruitment.
experience requirements:
this role will be responsible for sourcing candidates for tech roles. these include but are not limited to software engineers, software development, ux design and ux development, product management.
utilization of ats and hr software.
3-4 years’ experience in technical recruitment.
note: this role is not remote and requires you to be on-site or work hybrid; thus, open to candidates near/in/around houston, tx.
