jigsaw are looking for a junior planning co-ordinator to join the team. we are looking for a enthusiastic, hard working and dynamic individual who is keen to progress within an ever-growing company.
jigsaw are a domiciliary care provider that support vulnerable people in their own homes. we complete tasks such as personal care, medication, meal preparation and social inclusion.
we are looking for somebody who has worked in the care sector before and is wanting to progress into a office based role. there maybe a need to cover calls in the community within busy times. _driving license is essential and access to your own vehicle is required!_
the role will consist of planning the carers rota's weekly and supporting the staff with queries and availability changes. you will be asked to be on-call one night a week and one weekend a month with an additional pay. you will need to support the office staff with other tasks such as answering the phone, dealing with workers and service users and administerial tasks.
pay will be discussed at the interview based on experience and knowledge.
hours are: monday - friday 8am- 16.30pm
