Technical contracting co is looking for excellent candidate for the below position to start immediately for project requirement in eastern region of ksa. candidate must be ready and available to join immediately after the final selection.position : project engineer/ project supervisor quantity : 02 work location: eastern region qualification: bachelor degree in engineering (civil or mep)minimum years of experience: 5-7 years in ksa - candidate must have valid iqama and profession as engineer - candidate must be available to work without iqama transfer - candidate must have ksa driving license - candidate must be available for immediate mobilization - candidate must be punctual, hard working and responsible person - candidate must have experience in similar projects for past years - candidate must have good contacts and connection with material suppliers for project required material - candidate must be able to handle sub contractors, taking decisions, manage the site activities - candidate must be able to prepare and submit weekly report, progress plans- candidate must be a solution provider - must have ideas and tools to achieve the target completion dates - must be an organized person with excellent computer knowledge, good communication skills experienceexperience-candidate must have experience in f & b outlet projects, branded show room projects, interior fitout works - candidate must have worked for any international brands in setting up their outlets in ksa - candidate must have exposure to civil works, mep works, fitout works.- must have good knowledge in understanding the drawings, client requirements, understanding the boq and claims for variations etc - must have experience in proper planning and site execution methods - must be a fore runner to arrange material, man power, machinery at site - must have excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills - must be a hardworking person with a goal to complete the project on time if you meet the requirements and meet the criteria, pleas share your resume with all your details, expected salary and availability to [email protected] immediate hiring and mobilization
