our company is seeking a bar restaurant supervisor with exceptional leadership and motivational skills. the job requires a strong desire to engage with customers and promote a positive atmosphere, as well as knowledge about beer, wine, cocktails, coffee. we are looking for an efficient and experienced individual who is capable of multitasking in a very fast-paced environment.
responsibilities/benefits
adhere to all liquor control regulations.
maintain inventory records and order merchandise as necessary.
manage day-to-day bar/restaurant operations in accordance with customer preferences and the bar's brand image.
recruit, train, and discipline staff as needed.
restock shelves and maintain neatness of the bar.
develop drink specials.
4 shifts on 3 off.
weekly pay & equal share of tips.
