renumeration - £24,000 - £28,000 + 5% pension, laptop + 25 days holiday.

due to continued success, the company now has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to help grow the business. in return, the individual will receive a number of avenues for future career development.
key responsibilities:
- first point of contact for all new enquiries. responding to all inbound calls and emails. establishing the best course of action to escalate qualified enquiries
- effective utilisation of the company's crm system, to manage prospective clients thorough the business development process
- supporting the rapid on-boarding of new clients, by swiftly and accurately completing client due diligence and individual identity checks
- credit control, ensuring clients pay to terms and chasing payment of outstanding invoices
experience & skills required
candidates for the role of customer services executive must be a confident, self-motivated, results focussed professional with at least 2 years' experience in a customer/client services role, preferably gained within a business to business environment. candidates must also possess:
- well-organised, confident, punctual and professional manner
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- good attention to detail and a quick learner
- proficiency in microsoft's office suite of programs (i.e. excel, word, etc)
