the fraser centre community trust is looking to hire 2 new staff for our busy café!
situated in the centre of tranent the fraser centre opened in 2019 with an award winning hub featuring a cafe, cinema, activity rooms and offices. the café is the heart of our hub serving as a popular place to meet friends, family and colleagues over breakfast, lunch or a coffee.
the café also caters for events as well as our own cinema programme.
the roles will include: assisting the catering manager with cooking, baking and food preparation for the café; cooking in absence of the catering manager; preparing coffee; representing the trust and our high standards of customer service; ensuring the café is clean and safe; welcoming & assisting customers; taking payments; and other drinks; promoting the café; assisting the catering manager in any other aspect of the café operation.
