Accountant/admin assistant - united kingdom, liverpool street, london
senovo it is urgently looking for accountant/ admin assistant entry level - for a full time permanent position
location: london - 3 days remote , 2 days from the office
english plus an other european language is a must
key tasks:
• process purchase / sales invoices
• weekly aged receivables maintenance
• send monthly sales statements
• credit control (emailing, calling, etc)
• company secretarial work key skills and experience:
• finance and accounting experience (at least 6 months)
• attention to detail and a love for numbers
• a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (not mandatory)
• understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus point
• strong administration skills attention to detail • competent ms office skills
• xero accountancy software is a bonus behavioral capabilities:
• must have autonomy and not afraid to come up with ideas to senior management
• good under pressure; well organized, meets deadlines; prioritizes successfully
