Senior layout inspector - united states, bridgeport

adecco is seeking a senior layout inspector for our client, a global medical manufacturer, located in bridgeport, ct.  the senior layout inspector is responsible for performing inspections per blueprint or drawing related to all routine and non-routine part and product inspections.  with over a dozen locations in a growing industry, our client offers extensive opportunities to grow and advance your career.

essential duties and key responsibilities: 

visual through plate layout of parts to blueprints and specifications.

assist in the establishment of new gaging procedures and techniques.

proficient in the use and set up of all measuring equipment in the q.c. function.

perform inspection per blueprint or drawing related to tool acceptance’ process validation, ppap submission or other necessary non-routine inspections.

ability to perform full layout inspections as directed by documented inspection instructions

education and/or experience:

required:

5 plus years of quality experience

high school or ged
