breakfast team member - key responsibilities and duties
assisting in the smooth running of the breakfast service
ensure that guests receive an efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalised service during their stay
light reception duties including checking guests out, answering telephone and email enquires
assist in the set-up of the restaurant before and after service, ensuring all required items are ready and available
awareness of health and safety, and to enforce a clean and food safe working environment
ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment and maintain a consistently high standard of service under pressure
desirable skills
previous experience preferred, but not essential as full training is available
ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure within the team and alone
great time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
good spoken english
