united estates ltd is currently seeking a new candidate to join their team. the role is available on part time basis (2 days a week) or full time.
requirements:
- self motivated and keen individual
- customer focused & punctual
- excellent communication skills
- comfortable in meeting targets
- ability to work within a team /working with others
duties to include:
- liaison with client, contractors and local authorities.
- effective diary keeping and organising files
- assisting with organising day to day repairs for properties.
- willing to use property management database software. if not used before, a willingness to learn
skill set:
- computer literate proficient
- good presentation skills
- good organisation skills
- good numeric skills
- english speaking (other languages a bonus).
- estate agents work experience preferred.
