Customer service representative - united states, houston
during your training program you will work 1:1 with our operations trainer; receiving systems and operational training. the customer service representative provides excellent support to customers and sales team.
about the position
duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
process daily orders by inputting order information, printing out paperwork, generating shipment information and creating shipping labels.
use best judgment and knowledge to assist customers in making the most suitable choice for their needs.
coordinate with customers and warehouse team to ensure the completion of daily orders in a timely manner.
communicate with customers by phone or email to build excellent customer relationships tin order to provide great customer service.
handles any special requests from our customers and provide corresponding information to customers when required.
directs customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed.
work schedule
8:30am - 5:00pm ct (monday through friday)

education & experience
high school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of industry related working experience.
experience dealing with a high volume of data entry and fast-pace work environment.
computer skills
to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of microsoft office.
