recovery truck driver wanted for transport, 3.5t standard license required, ideally as clean as possible, no age limits but over 25 is preferred.
this is a contractor position and paid a month in arrears via bacs, one months notice is required for ending the contract, this is mostly for our insurance policy which can be a problem when drivers do not stay long, we can do payroll and pre-taxed if preferred.
jobs entail one car will go say down to london and one back up towards home or as close as possible, hours can be long depending on your focus and ability to work fast, we can do overnights with hotels sometimes depending on the job. basic training can and will be provided if you have had no experience.
pay can vary depending on how busy we are but we aim each driver to be on £120 a day plus, small locals vary, bigger runs can pay £150-£200 per day.
looking for ideally someone to start straight away, we are exceptionally picky on whom we hire as many cannot last the duration of a week, as stated the job can be long hours we are happy to do part time 2-4 days a week or full weeks that is down to your own personal preference and we are flexible with holidays with notice.
