we require x1 joiner with cscs blue/gold card to start asap

all aspects of joinery will be carried out on a soical housing estates aswell as other jobs that the site request you to do

criteria:

-must have a valid cscs card

-asbestos awareness (desirable)

-nvq or equivalent in joinery

-must provide 2 recent references

-experience on social housing

-own tools and transport

job details;

you will be reporting to the site manager and following his instructions, 1st and 2nd fix joinery along with finishing joinery will be required.

undertake all joiner work as necessary working on refurbishment works in void and tennated properties.

ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of health and safety and working in a safe environment.
