emmar alnahda engineering consultant is hiring an experienced territory management lead to join the mega project works based at tabuk, kingdom of saudi arabia. this is a permanent position and reports to the sr. manager municipal services & regional offices

the purpose of this position is to create and maintain relationships by acting as the primary liaison with municipal affairs stakeholders, support projects and improve business operations.

to be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
• 3-5 years of experience or more in local municipality role preferably within ksa
• excellent background in organizational management
• experience in interacting with government stakeholders and departments
• excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• fluent in arabic & english language
• innovative & forward thinking

qualification:
• bachelor degree in business administration, government relation, general management, or related fields.
