we're looking for a chef de partie to join our team at the george charles. we're a busy bar and restaurant on burton road serving a menu of classic brunch dishes and modern pub food. all our dishes are freshly cooked from scratch. food service hours are 11am - 9pm sunday to thursday, 11am - 10pm friday and saturday. we're also home to unagi, a pan-asian street food and sushi kitchen, and we are happy to offer full sushi training to any applicants who would like experience in this side of our business.
