Service coordinator / support administrator - united states, cleveland

immediate opening for a service coordinator / support administrator for cleveland ohio. this role will encompass the administration of customer service contracts and service dispatch. it also consists of the administering and implementation of proactive programs responsive to service contract requirements and includes the coordination of various groups to achieve equitable solutions.

  • monday – friday 8:00 – 5:00 pm.
  • temp to hire potential
  • must live locally in cleveland ohio. 99% remote with some travel to local and surrounding offices.
  • wages: $18.00 - $20.00 based on education and experience
  • education: aa preferred but flexible based on work experience
  • previous experience with salesforce, service dispatching  is preferred.

    under general guidance of supervisor, perform various administrative duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of established practices. pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction.


    service coordinator support administrator may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • clean up and review of field service/salesforce cases
  •  maintaining lifecycle of service dispatches and verify requirements are completed
  • perform initial scheduling of resident contracts and preventive maintenance contracts
  • standardize data entry for dispatching of engineers
  • assist on tracking install base audit
  •  link current tech support cases to engineers being dispatched to customer locations
  • provide first level support to service engineers for time entry
  • review and analyze customer contracts and entitlements. coordinate input from other departments to develop plans to fully deliver contracts.
  • simultaneously process information on multiple and varied projects and respond effectively to changes in priorities.
  • attend meetings to exchange information and analyze contract requirements.
  • participate in investigating technical problems and establishing procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences. duties may require domestic or international travel.

  • qualifications: associates degree in business or related field and 2 to 5 years of experience; alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.

    previous experience with salesforce, service dispatching or is preferred.
