with proven marketing management experience you must be effective in devising and implementing strategies for both on and offline marketing within a product focussed business.

reporting to the marketing director you must be particularly strong in all aspects of e–commerce and should also be familiar with product packaging, catalogues, e–mail campaigns, advertising etc.

key responsibilities:

develop & manage the 8 strong marketing teamdevise multi–channel marketing campaignssupport & guide the development of promotional materials including catalogues, website content, adverts, e–mails and much morework with the team to produce marketing plansproof read and sign off all marketing materialscontrol the marketing budget what you ll need – skills & experience:

ideally a marketing or business related degreeproven experience of managing a marketing teamexperience within a product focussed, hard goods company, and ideally some knowledge of our product rangea keen eye for designstrong awareness of a broad range of promotional and marketing techniquesexcellent written, numerical and commercial skills what you ll enjoy in return:
