Machine shop supervisor - united states, waukesha

we are now hiring a 3rd shift machine shop supervisor. 

 

some key responsibilities include:

maintain employee safety, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.

identify and implement continuous improvement activities to advance production in the machine shop on 3rd shift to attain department goals.

collaborate with other departments including production control, engineering, and qa to ensure production flow. 

qualifications

excellent communication skills

ability to prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment

demonstrated good problem solving and decision-making skills

proficient math and computer skills. 

prior lead or supervisory experience preferred

knowledge of various types of cnc and manual machines preferred
