the day to day management and ensuring service is up to the highest standards.proactive management of the team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding customer service which has come to be expected by the brandfull engagement and involvement in back office operations including rota planning, ordering etcstaff training and recruitmentmeeting the necessary customer standardsstrong knowledge of budgeting and gp levelswhat we would love from you:
