Commercial grounds maintenance landscaper - united kingdom, epping, essex
we are looking to recruit a reliable motivated team member who can work to a high standard and has a good working ethic within the home counties area.
full time 40 hrs week working monday to friday, some flexibility over working hours required. you will be responsible for mowing large grassed areas, strimming, blowing, hedge cutting and managing weeds, you will manage your own sites and will need to organise repeat visits ensuring each site is kept tidy.
confident driver must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes - preferably clean driving license. van and equipment will be supplied.
duties include maintaining commercial site contracts on a scheduled rota basis. working on your own after an initial training period. general maintenance along with replenishing of stock when required in line with the contracts. liaising with site managers.
pa1 & 6 spraying certificate is desirable but not essential, full training induction along with ongoing training, and equipment provided, 6 month trial basis. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. salary circa £20,000 per annum starting salary negotiable depending on experience.
