Clinical program manager - united states, santa fe

we are looking for a full time clinical program manager, be a part of greater change!  

 
mental health and addiction awareness is one of the most talked-about issues today with all the transitions we've embarked on over the last few years. we know that clinicians are putting in so much effort in behind the scenes. as patient numbers begin to increase, i feel that we understand the importance of accessibility and affordability. especially with your experience as a clinician. i'm curious if it's ever crossed your mind to lead the charge in the transformation of mental health and addictions awareness today? 
 

put your stamp on the future of treating mental and substance abuse health. let's bridge the gap and help it be equivalent to physical health! as a clinical program manager you can be a key role in the transformation! work amongst a team committed to mission-driven service and ensuring the needs of their communities are met.   

 

what would your day look like?  

  • bring in new curriculum! all ideas matter! help be a part of the positive change in woman and children's lives!  

  • access and make sure mandatory scheduled are kept and tracked, accountability is key!  

  • lead groups, encourage, uplift other clinicians and staff!  

  • be involved! participate with patient's and the local community! 

  • oversee the med techs and care providers/child care provides  

  • manage scheduling  

  • team building 

  • problem solver in an unbiased fashion 

  • manage the team and be involved to bring the entire group together as a cohesive whole (therapist, case managers, med techs, and individuals that are providing services to clients) 

  • requirements:  

    lpcc or lcsw : licensed to practice in new mexico  

    must have or maintain a current valid nm driver's license (clean driving records/auto insurance)  

    a master's degree or doctorate in substance use disorder counseling, guidance, or psychology related health field. any combination is a plus! graduate studies in the above areas and experience in mental health and sud counseling as well! hx of substance abuse tx, (aa, na ) 

    bilingual/bi-cultural is preferred (english/spanish speaking is a plus, but not a requirement!)  

    reports to: clinical director
