your duties and responsibilities will include:

responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations taking full responsibilityproactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the owners working closely with the catering manager to drive the food forward and help build the teamfull engagement and involvement in back office operationsall aspects of health & safetyin order to be considered, applicants must:

currently be at sous chef level within a restaurant, foodie pub environment or even contract catering - experience with fresh food would be idealhave a great kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your teamhave a good understanding of business operations;love great food and good service!about the company
